Number 4 Enforcement Officials Please use education as much as penalization! Teach through public service campaigns that speed kills!

Number 5 Politicians Please provide monies to make our highways and local roads safer!

Number 6 Manufacturers Please continue to make our vehicles safer! Perhaps, more absorbent bumpers along with automated danger recognition devices are next steps!

Number 7 Media Please give emphasis to safe roads and safe drivers as well as acknowledge the huge problem of so many unnecessary highway deaths!

Number 8 Pedestrians and Bicyclists Please be more cautious, wear brighter, colored clothing, and lobby for safer auxiliary sidewalks and biketrails!
